We took our very sick cat in to the clinic about 10:30 at night and received the best care you can imagine, and thanks to the staff and doctor my cat is doing very well now. I would highly recommend this clinic.

Very pleased with how quick my cat was able to be seen and how friendly the staff was here! They were very thorough and my cat received excellent care. We are a family on a budget but I felt that, for emergency services, the amount due was fair!

Not only was my dog misdiagnosed but he was given a shot that interfered with the medication he was already on and caused stomach ulcers. The doctors fumbled on his words and seemed absolutely clueless as to what was going on. I was not happy with my experience and had no idea what was wrong with my dog until following up 2 days later with my normal vet. (They are amazing) They immediately took him off the drops that were prescribed by the ER Clinic and put him on new ones for Glaucoma. 2 days after that, my dog went blind in that eye and had to have it removed. I am so disturbed. After sharing my experience, more people have been telling me about their experience there as well. I haven't heard a single good thing. I know this is the only ER clinic we have near by but if you're able to go to Akron, please go there first.

I could not have scripted a better conclusion to a harrowing pet experience. The staff was so professional, informative, kind and efficient, my pet and I knew from our first contact that we would be treated with the utmost care and could expect positive results.
