Dr. Lori Kremer is a wonderful, caring person and a top notch doctor. She took care of our German Shepherd dog when she was booked solid. When I talked to her on the phone and told her what was going on she said, "That poor baby is in so much pain, I have to take care of her. Bring her in...." She performed surgery on her and when I got the bill I was very pleasantly surprised that it did not break my bank. She genuinely cares for our animals and knows they are part of our family! They are very well staffed with kind and caring people. They are very busy but always get things done and they always do a wonderful job!

I have a Japanese Chin, He's only 3 years old and has really bad heart problems. Prier to taking him to Harrison Animal Hospital I had taken him to another vet and was told there was nothing they could do for him. I didn't accept that answer so I took him to see Dr. Kremer and she is absolutely wonderful! She hasn't given up on him and continues to help him in any way she can. He is doing so much better and I have her to thank for that. The price is more than reasonable for anyone who is on a budget. You can't go wrong taking your animals to this place. Thanks Dr. Kremer and staff for your kindness and understanding that these aren't just pets they are our family!

Dr. Kremer & staff are the best. They really care about your pet, and about you too. I've taken all my babies there for the last 10 years and have the utmost trust in them. The office is always clean and they are up on the latest treatments. I know exactly when a vaccination is due because it's listed right on each invoice. They have a phone number set up specifically to use for checking on your pet if they are hospitalized--and visiting during a hospitalization is no problem either. Two years ago we moved 50 miles away from their office but are happy to make the trip for the excellent care they always provide.

Love Dr. Kramer and her staff! We have been taking our animal babies to her office for over 10 years now. We found this office through a rescue center and began seeing her when a large vets office in Cincinnati began to push unnecessary meds and couldn't agree on a diagnosis of our pet. Dr. Kramer knew what was going on right off the bat and was able to help. Started seeing her with our older collie and when her time came she and her staff where very compassionate, gentle and caring with us all. She has always been spot on when treating our cats & dogs. Very knowledgeable and her staff stays on the cutting edge of technology & never pushes any treatment unnecessary. In emergency situations her front office staff is quick to find a solution and jump into action. The office is no frills but that's fine with me. I don't need a designer waiting room for my pet to get good care. It's clean and simple. I can't recommend her and the staff enough - we drive 30 minutes to get to her office and are happy to do so.

Every single time I call I'm placed on hold right away. I understand they are busy but perhaps they should look into a larger staff! Most times, I end up disconnecting the call due to 10 min hold time. Staff is rude and has ignored us when in the waiting room and when standing right in front of them. Again, I understand they are busy but a little acknowledgement goes a long way (I'll be right with you, or really anything would do) The actual vet was so, so. Prices on vaccines were very reasonable. That is the only reason we drove out of our way for this vet. Not sure we will stay. They have proven, ya get what you pay for :/
