Our first experience with VCA was when my dog, who was eight years old at the time, had a back injury. My husband and I woke up to him not able to move his back legs. We thought the worst. Having just moved to the Hilliard, I reached out to friends for the recommendations. VCA was one, and I could not be happier. The moment we arrived, the staff were comforting and acted quickly. A vet tech ran out, took Charlie from my arms, and their team team did the rest. Throughout the entire process we were comforted. Once were were back in the exam room with Dr. Deal, everything was explained in understandable terms, and recommendations were given. Honestly I felt like I could have spent all day asking questions (not that I would) and they would patiently answered. Now, more than a year later, my older pup is doing incredibly well, and we have adopted another pup. Today we had my older dog's teeth cleaned and our new pup's first appointment. Naturally I had many questions when we got home. Dr. Deal was the one who took the phone call (AFTER HOURS) to comfort what were most likely ridiculous fears of my pups. I would recommend VCA over and over for the way they treat their customers!

We had an emergency with a kitten. No appointment they welcomed us helped my boys and I with amazing care and grace. From the moment we entered the facility the intake staff nurses and doctors were kind and incredible. I will now take all animals there.

I have never had a bad visit to VCA. We have taken our cat, Lily and dog, Maggie for several visits. Maggie has also used the grooming side. Those groomers remember the dogs names and even when they are just going through the main area, will stop and visit with Maggie. We have boarded both our "kids" several times and have no fears about them being there. Always well taken care of. The front staff have never failed to greet you as you come through the door. That first impression means a lot anywhere.The Docs and assistants are very informative and caring towards the animals as well.

I love VCA Mill Run - for quite a few reasons! It's conveniently located, there is more than 1 vet on staff at all times, they have evening hours, open 7 days a week - and they remember me and my pets! It's nice to go into the exam room and the vet asks how the other pets are doing. You are not a "number" at VCA Mill Run. Rare, in this day and age.

I spent a long time looking for a good vet and groomer for my dog. Not only do they have several vets and a great groomer- they also have a boarding service if you need it! The Groomer is great and my dog really likes her- and he doesn't like most people. Everyone is very friendly and I have had a very positive experience.
