Dr. Rich has been MY VET since he began his career. I have traveled from Blue Ash to Xenia, Springboro, Fairfield and then some to get Dr. Rich’s exceptional care for my “kids”. The gentle way he talks to them and the way they respond to him makes me call him MY VET! I have been to other vets and have never gotten the care and concern Dr. Rich and Dr. Ashley provide. Their care and concern is not only for the pet but for the humans as well. Being a Relator, I am frequently asked about doctors, vets, salons etc. from clients. I am proud to tell them our story and that in my eyes you are the best vet around! I know many of those people chose to have their pets cared for by you and your staff.

Dr. Rich at 4 Paws helped us tremendously make an educated yet extremely painful end of life decision regarding our dog, giving us all the information needed to make the best determination possible. He was so compassionate and the new offices have a room I believe is dedicated to this with a private outside door, so that when we left in emotional turmoil without our beloved pet, which was the decision we made due to her conditions and age, we didn't have to leave through others when we were clearly shaken up. My daughter uses their services and my neighbor does and her sister, they really are top notch and we really appreciate all that was done to make our painful time more tolerable. Great and affordable too.

Hello, I phoned my regular vet of 10 years when my dog had a severe ear infection. Her ears went from worrisome to severe overnight. We were leaving for a 10 day vacation and I needed her to be seen to give the medication time to work. My vet told me they were sorry. I called Four Paws and they saw her that afternoon. I was impressed by the smiles and cleanliness of the interior. Everything is very modern and up to date. They were very nice, demonstrated how to use the medicine, how to clean the ears and offered to clip her nails as a free service. Needless to say we are switching. Four Paws is a very nice addition to Lebanon, OH.
