STAY AWAY NOT WORTH THE PRICE DIFFERENCE! Never again will I bring one of my cats here. The place smelled like cat pee. The secretary was rude and the vet even ruder. Then they went on in front of my 10 year old daughter how my cat was pregnant and they had to take the kittens. The poor thing was up all night crying. I will pay double cost before I ever go back to this place.

We have taken our cats and dogs here for years and have found the people kind and caring. The Vet is knowledgeable and always ready to work with us and answer our questions. They offer a quality service that is extremely reasonable and have allowed us to maintain our pets health at a low cost ...when otherwise we would not have been able to do this. The people that serve there truly are dedicated and help the pets that come in as well as those they save from death because their owner no longer can keep them ...or want them...or they are abused. Yes...it does smell like cats.. it is not unbearable... and the surgery is clean. I am certain the rescue could use some volunteers to help keep it clean and to pet and love the cats waiting for a new home....so rather than criticize.... go help.

Wow is definitely a good word. When we went to set up the appointment, the lady (veterinarian Diane Trubov) was rude. When I dropped our cat off, our appointment hadn't even been put on the books. Then when I came to pick her up, the vet was (somehow) even ruder than she was the first time we went! It's less than half as much to get your cat spade here that it was at our normal vet. That was the only reason we went. And yes it smells to high heaven.

this place sucks; they are rude people & the place stinks really bad; i will never bring my cat or dog there again
