We switched from a previous vet that wasn't giving our pups the best of care and seemed even less interested in building rapport with us with explaining procedures or answering our questions. We gave Mason a shot after reading the good reviews and we love it! The vets have been caring with our pets and show a lot of enthusiasm for what they do. They don't hesitate to work with us to get the best care possible for our pups. They are attentive and answer all our questions. Although our pups may never really enjoy going to the vet, we feel a lot better about the care they are receiving here at Mason. The care and compassion they show our pets, I'm sure, help them feel more comfortable during their visit. We're loving the partnership we have with the Mason staff in keeping our pups happy and healthy. Thank you all for renewing our confidence in getting quality care for our pups, it's good to know your staff cares about our pups as much as we do.

Impossible to cancel their plan. My dog died in July and I am still paying because they have the worst customer service department

Have a very bad exp - Had a puppy for only two weeks but paying monthly fees for an year! On my first visit to them, they checked if I was interested in an annual plan but even before getting consent, got the plan initiated and charged a whooping money for just 2 visits which is more than an annual plan.

Dr. Bea at Banfield is absolutely the best Vet that any pet owner could ask for. My dog was recently hit by a car, and after being told by the Urgent Care Clinic that her leg would have to be amputated Dr. Bea took on the challenge to save her leg and did just that. She even came in to work on Maggie on her days off, including all the days surrounding Christmas. I could not imagine what we would be going thru without her help, and we are so thankful for her passion to better animal lives. I would recommend Dr. Bea to anyone who loves their pet as much as I do! Update Jan 15th - Maggie has completed a successful skin graft after Dr. Woodall referred her to Ohio State! She is in the final stages of the cast and it comes off Monday for a full recovery! Thank you again Banfield for all your hard work! Maggie will be back in soon for her check up!
