My cat was very sick, and Dr. Evans saw her on, miracle of miracles, a busy Saturday afternoon. I took her in and from the beginning the staff was beyond kind, caring and helpful and never rude. She ended up having surgery and the aftercare instructions they provided me were outstanding. The vet tech came out and talked to me for a good 15 minutes explaining all the meds, what they did, and how to care for the sutures. A few days after I took my kitty home Dr. Evans called himself to check up on her, actually within a weeks time span they called twice to check up on her. I am so grateful to him for his wonderful staff for the great care my kitty received while she was there. I would highly recommend Massillon Animal Hospital, and cannot say enough good things about them.

I have yet to have a problem with this animal hospital. :3 Though I haven't taken my pets here yet, I know from my interview that everyone on staff is very polite, caring, and kind. They answered any and all questions I had, and the prices aren't too bad either! I plan on making this Vet. Hospital my home hospital as soon as possible! I recommend you do the same! 5/5 - Cleanliness: They have at least two staff members dedicated to cleaning the exam rooms, kennel, and operating rooms. Everyday one of the dedicated members is in there to clean some area of the hospital, if not several areas! 5/5 - Friendliness: Very very personable. They answer any questions you may have, and help you to understand the information they give you. The staff are in no way rude at all! 4/5 - Location: The building is a little hard to find if you don't know the area well enough. Better signage is needed :) But, it's right next to three different food places, so if your pet is in surgery and you're staying to see what the Dr. says, you can go and eat something to calm your nerves a little. 5/5 - Prices: While they are on the upper end of declaw, spay/neutering prices, it's because they give your pets the utmost care. The pet receives fluids during the procedures, laser treatments (Which are the safest out there today, from what I've read), pain medication and overnight care. tl;dr: Use this animal hospital if you want your pet to feel as loved as he is when he's at home.

I was surprised to read the negative article here considering that I've been going to the Massillon Animal Hospital for over a year and I've only had great (read A+) experiences here. Not only are the Doctors and Staff nice but I'm practically on a first name basis with them at this point. I have two dogs and 3 cats and every aspect of their health is taken care of here. Oh - and this place is NOT dirty and the people are NOT rude - not even close.

Our dog was very sick (diarhea,vomiting) and we took her in immediately. The staff was very nice, helpful, and the vet was very thorough and sincere. The prices were very reasonable and they even waived the emergency fee for us. They called to check up on our dog and everything. It has been a couple years since we found a vet office like this. People are genuine and truly care. We will definately be adopting this office as our regular vet office from now on! So glad to have found them.

I have taken my cat to Massillon Animal Hospital for 2 years now. My parents also take their dog for regular check-ups. We have always had positive experiences with the staff. The doctors truly care about the well being of your animal. They engage in conversation with you and go out of their way to make your animal feel comfortable. I go there on a regular basis to buy prescription food and they are always friendly to me and ask how my cat is doing.
