This was the most horrific experience EVER! We took our 10 year old basset hound here after a fight with our lab/rottie mix. They immediately decided she HAD to have surgery, put under anesthesia, and proceeded to CUT a piece of skin off of her shoulder the size of my hand. When I picked her up she was all bandaged and they 'suggested' I see my vet the next day. Thank goodness I did because they had not done one suture...they wound was wide open under the bandage and they had left it completely open to infection. I was horrified and my vet was horrified at the unethical and borderline criminal treatment of my poor dog. Avoid this place if possible!!!!!

My dog has been decreasing in health all day, needs to be checked out now. Can't sleep, shaking uncontrollably, hasn't eaten, seemingly depressed. I call to ask if they bill patients, but all fees are due up front. I explain that my payday is in 4 days and how sick he is and that he needs to be seen. Nope. They tell me I need to apply for care credit, which is basically a vet credit line. And if I'm denied (which I was) that there's nothing they can do for me. So my dog is suffering, and they won't do a damn thing. He's a living breathing animal, the woman was completely rude and had no compassion whatsoever. Praying my pup makes it through the night :(

Our cat, Gandalf, passed away and we brought him here. From the moment we walked into the clinic we were met with compassion from the staff who were sensitive to what we were experiencing. We could not afford any special memorial, just the basic burial, but a few days later we received a beautiful sympathy card in the mail with our Gandalf's footprint stamped inside. We will cherish this card forever - Thank you!!

Worst experience I have ever EVER had with a veterinarian. The woman at the desk kept forgetting she weighed my puppy already, and kept wanting to weigh him over and over. Each time I would remind her that we had already taken his weight..she was scatter brained and disorganized. Mind you, this is an emergency vet clinic so my dog needed IMMEDIATE attention. Instead we were held up in the lobby dealing with the feather brained receptionist. Once we finally got into the examination room, the vet was awful. Argumentative, confrontational, and adversarial. I finally had enough and tried to leave and was BLOCKED by the vet in the doorway of the exam room. He was an absolute JERK and had the audacity to mail me a bill FURTHER confronting me, this time in writing. WILL NEVER return and will be filing a complaint. I went elsewhere for care for my sick puppy thank goodness he is fine now. Terrible, joke of a practice.

Our cat had what they call a, "Saddle Thrombis" blood clot in the middle of the night on a weekend. They advised us to euthanize her, which we did. They were very caring and professional. We're very grateful for that. We researched her diagnosis, conferred with our regular vet, and she concurred with her treatment. I was impressed enough that I would consider taking my pet there for regular care if that was what they did. We are lucky to have a 24 hr./7 day place to take our pets!
