Impersonal and Expensive. $25 to trim our dog's nails, when I asked why, they said, "It's done by the doctor and his time is valuable." Be sure to ask what everything costs before having something done to your pet. At least in our situation, the doctor was impersonal with no regard to the pet owner's emotions. We lost our dog in 2011.We had just moved and had to find a new vet pretty quickly to check out our dog. The doctor diagnosed her, explained the diagnosis, and seemed disconnected to understanding how devastating that was to my young family. We were dissatisfied with our experience and haven't been back since.
