I am from out of town and close to this office by for a family medical emergency- My puppy had a horrible problem with his eye. I went in on Saturday morning (after being turned away by another vet in Austintown during my state of panic) was not only greeted cheerfully and assisted quickly my fears were put at ease. The Doctor and staff were so helpful I am honestly thinking of traveling an hour away to make them my pets Doctor in the future. It is good to know that their is help and compassion for our animals at The Mahoning Valley Veterinary Centre.

I recently switched to MVVC because of location. I took both my dogs for full exams and tests so they could be kenneled shortly after while we went on vacation. MVVC never called to let me know that one dog had a positive fecal test. When I called to get the paperwork faxed for the kennel is when they told me. So needless to say, I was unable to kennel one dog. Obviously they DIDNT care about my pets enough to notify me and really screwed me on my vacation plans. Very disappointed!!!
