I have never found better care for my dog than at Bartels Busack Pet Hospital. Even after moving away, I still make the 2 hour drive! I love every vet in the practice, and have never left wondering about my dog's health or whether I made the right decision concerning my dog's treatment. They remain up to date on current research and have adjusted my dog's medication as a result! I have problems in Southern Ohio with ticks- and Dr. Busack was able to advise me to change my flea & tick regimen in order to better combat ticks & prevent tick borne illnesses based on new research. It's also important to me that they have an AAHA accreditation (and would never visit a vet who doesn't). Thanks to the team for keeping my dog as healthy as possible!

I adopted two kittens, and have received amazing service every time I go there! professional, respectful, knowledgeable and friendly staff, as well as a spotless facility that is state of the art and welcoming. I recommend it to every pet owner that wants only the best for their furry family members

Dr. Busack and his wonderful staff are top notch. He is so kind and understanding, explains everything you need to know. His staff is great, always smiling and friendly. My dog just loves to go to see them.

I was extremely upset after my visit to Bartels. Our cat had contracted FIP and had to be euthenized. This was a very hard time for us, as you can imagine. Our baby was given a sedative, and we were saying our goodbyes as he fell asleep. Except that was the time that the woman decided was the perfect time for us to pay and sign the paperwork. Not the ten minutes we were waiting before, or after everything was said and done, but during that brief time window that we were trying to say goodbye to a beloved member of our family. It was extremely insensitive, and made an already hard situation that much more difficult with her extreme lack or respect and caring. From now on I shall urge everyone I know with pets to go anywhere other than this place. They need to go somewhere where they care more about making our loving animals feel better than their bottom dollar.

AM SHOCKED AT THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I always have found the doctors and staff to be personally kind and professionally courteous. I do not consider the costs to be excessive in light of the education and experience of this team and the state of the art facility dedicated to the practice of medicine. I travel from Florida to ensure the quality of care I have never experienced anywhere else. I will always be grateful for the compassion extended to Lord and Leah as well as Tim and I.
