Dr. Riggs squeezed me in right away on a Friday morning after my little buddy woke up his eye swollen shut. We were in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. He took the time to educate me on what was going on and how to go about making him better. I left with peace of mind and very happy with how the visit went. The staff up front were very helpful and pleasant to work with. I strongly recommend Best Friends Veterinary!

Such a professional and knowledgeable pet hospital. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Latimer was so great with my cat. Handled him so well and knew a lot. What I love most is the genuine care and recommendations that I received from her and the staff. I certainly recommend this pet hospital to anyone in need. Oh and the place is beautiful and so clean inside!

Best Friends Vet is by far the best vet office I have ever been to. I have taken my 4 pugs, cat, and even one of my pet rats there. Dr. Riggs is so great with all of my animals, and is very personable. The receptionists are also very welcoming when you walk in. I have never had to wait very long in the waiting room or even in the exam room. They have always fit me in if something is going on with one of my pets that can not wait...this is what brought me to them in the first place. One of my pugs had a urinary tract infection and was peeing blood, and another vet wanted me to wait 3 days for an available appointment. I called them, and they fit me in. I now live about 20-25 minutes away, and I will still continue to bring all of my pets to Best Friends, even though there is several vet offices less than a mile from where I live.

Dr. Ritchie and the staff are the best. They love all pets and they treat them like they would want their pets treated. Most caring and loving of our beloved Sarah who got cancer of her liver. Dr. Ritchie stayed late on a Friday to do emergency surgery. He was awesome with her. She managed to live only a few more months but all of the staff felt our pain when we had to have her put down. Everyone in their office signed a sympathy card they sent to us. As far as their charges - you get what you pay for and since they are the best - what price would you pay for the best?

I loved this place! the doctors were nice to my pug, always finding ways to calm him and make him feel better. The receptionists were always helpful and respectful of my time. Never tried to do more tests than needed, (they actually refused to do more than necessary). They are not cheap, but definitely were more reasonable than the previous vet we used to visit and they were always clear when I asked as of how much it was going to be (no additional charges without notice) When I moved to TX they sent me the medical history of my baby right away, we are still missing them.
