I've been going here for 7 years. They treat my animals as if they were their own. Seriously. My dog, who passed away last year, would go there and the girls would keep her at the front desk when kenneled. They always showed much love. Same for my cats. When I bring my cats in there, they are so nice and gentle. I found the head vet to be not only very personable, but informative. He talked me through my dog's illness, was very compassionate about having to put her down, and he even looked as if he was about to shed a tear. They have my business for life. I would never even think of taking my animals anywhere else. As for the Kennel, get your pets the suites. They get extra attention. They can see everyone, and they let them out in the lobby to play. I don't buy any of these negative reviews. Are they expensive? yes but you get what you pay for. the other vet in Powell (on powell road), is heartless. Just a job to her. Not to these people. They have treated all my animals as if they were their own. I'm a Powell resident and I'm proud to have their business in my city.

We have used Dr. Chip as our Vet for the past 8 years and he has been the most outstanding of doctors. Our pets have always received the absolute best in care, and our animals are known by name. We were introduced to Dr. Chip 8 years ago when our cat was severely injured, almost to the point of being put down. A new vet in his office offered us options that were simply not within our possibilities. This vet was not professional, and we were very upset. We addressed this issue to Dr. Chip and his Father (used to practice with Dr. Chip, they are the owners). They addressed the vet, and resolved her issues immediately (I haven't seen her there since). They did come back and offered me options, they took a deep concern for my cat, and the final solution was a fraction of the cost. They even allowed me to work out informal payments. The best news is that 8 years later, my cat is still with us and an absolute pleasure. He and my othe 2 cats and 2 dogs go to Dr. Chip exclusively. Always the best care, and they are always happy to see our animals. Thanks Dr. Chip!

My dog has been a patient for 12 yrs. I have also gone through a serious illness with another pet as well as several surgeries with Dr Bishop. I consider Dr Bishop to be one of the best vets I have used, I have had many! She is a dedicated vet who looked after my dogs best interest as well as assisted me with figuring out how to pay for a surgery that my dog desperately needed. She is kind, considerate, and most of all a knowledgable vet. You want someone like her on your side when your pet is ill. As for the staff, I have had issues with communication with staff members. That is pretty common. It is hard to find dedicated staff.

This place is manipulative and deceitful. They have no problem lying to you in order to make money. I write this because recently our dog needed a prescription for Revolution and they said according to Ohio law, that we must stop in and get a written prescription. I know this is not true, due to the fact I am a pharmacist, and prescriptions can be called in to a local pharmacy over the phone, as I do this all the time for my customers. This was a ploy from them to get us in the door and tell us that we can only buy it from them and if you are unwilling to do that, then there is nothing they can do.
