Dr Toennies was GREAT! Very receptive to our comments and very patient with my nervous energy as we were visiting on an emergency call as a second opinion and I was talking a-mile-a minute! As my husband describes, Dr Toennies as present and considering all possibilities with an open mind. He treated Hanna with respect and a very calm manner and she responded beautifully and offered him more patience during her exam than I had expected. Everyone at the practice was very kind. Thank you for taking our appt at the last minute and offering us the best of care!

I have two dogs and a cat and have been very impressed with the vet services provided by Rocky River Animal Hospital. I have never had a negative experience and they even helped my chihuahua's broken paw heal to the point where it doesn't effect her at all. They are very thorough during exams and take the time to get to know your pets. I feel comfortable knowing that my little four-legged family members are in good hands with them.

I love this practice! They are so good with the animals. My dog has a long history of not liking vets, but he is fine with either one of the doctors here, as well as the rest of the staff! It is a very clean, friendly, and professional practice, as well as very fairly priced!

Very nice vet. We had a good experience here. However, they did give my dog a vaccine that she did not need for another year and charge me for it after we had discussed that she didn't need it. I also found them to be on the expensive side as well.
