We have continually appreciated Solon Veterinary Clinic's compassion and care for our animals. And our furry kids enjoy going there!

My 12 year old cat had a bloated stomach, and it seemed to be getting bigger. My mother and I took her to the Solon Veterinary Clinic to be checked out for an emergency. We were devastated to find out that she had a cancerous abdominal tumor, and that the best thing to do for her was to put her down. However, both the vet and nurse were very empathetic and sympathetic when I burst into tears. The nurse even brought me tissues. I got to see my kitty one last time, too. The prices were low and reasonable. The vet was quick and straight to the point. I really appreciated the Solon Veterinary Clinic's kindness.

Horrible. When I got there me and my dog (my best friend) were not greeted. We had an appointment to get his nails trimmed. I then was called into the exam room. Asked what are you here for, I said a nail trim, was then told pick the dog up and put him on the table. I said no, I am not picking up a 96 lb dog and putting him on a table. I said trim his nails on the floor. Was told will not do that. The vet did not ask how I was or even say hello to my dog. Would not recommend this vet clinic to anyone. There were stairs going into the clinic. What a horrible experience with unpersonable staff. If you know what is best for you and your pets, avoid this place like the plague.
