We have taken all our animals here for the past 6 years with mostly decent service besides one of the unprofessional & sometimes rude receptionist. Recently our family cat Gizmo was brought here because of an inverted sounding cough & other respiratory problems. The veterinarin dismissed this as a possible hairball. Trusting our vet, who is supposidly the professional,we of coarse took her word for it.Approximately one month later our cat was rushed into critical care at an emergency pet hospital in Dayton. After much unknown suffering, we were informed that our cat was in end stage congestive heart failure and also had an arrhythmia which neither were ever caught in the 3 1/2 years of attending this vet hospital. Had this all not been overlooked, we would still have Gizmo today.

Dr. Courtney Johnson and the staff at Northwood are wonderful. You can always tell when someone enjoys what they do for a living. Courtney has been taking care of our fur kids for a couple of years now. We know they always get great care because she treats them as if they were her own pets. We can't say enough about the great care our pets receive here and the super staff. My wife and I always refer them to our friends and family.
