I can't say enough good things about the Springfield Animal Hospital. All of the vets and staff are EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable and caring. You can see and feel their love of animals through their actions. I recently took my dog in, because his ears were bothering him and I thought he had a urine infection also. They were very attentive and did all they could to treat him for his infections. They recommended many steps of care that we could try to get him to feel better. The thing that really set this veterinary clinic above all others that I have been to, is they called a week later to see how my dog was feeling. I was truly impressed and HIGHLY recommend this clinic to all.

I've recently just begun coming to The Springfield Animal Hospital, and I have to say I really like it! The staff, as well as the veterinarian (Dr. Haeussler), were very friendly, to myself as well as my dog! The vet was very knowledgeable and thorough, and was great with my pup. She was also considerate of my limited budget, and tried to keep the costs down as much as she could, which was GREATLY appreciated! Also, the establishment looked/smelled nice and clean. I was impressed by that. :-) The *only* reason I only gave them 4 stars is because it would be nice to have an option to pay your bill in installments/payments. Vet bills can really rack up, and as much as you truly love your pets, it isn't easy to shell out $100, $200, $300, etc., especially when you're already on a limited budget as it is. :-/ Like I said though, the vet tried to keep the costs down as much as she could. Just for the record, this number doesn't reflect on the staff or the Dr., they did their jobs perfectly well, and for them I would definitely give 5 stars! :-)
