Excellent prices and service; the staff was so kind and accommodating! My roommate and I got kitten sisters at the same time. I took my cat to Primary Pet Care, and she took hers to PetSmart for all the vet services. After we both got our cats spayed and declawed, my roommate's cat was in pain and in a cone for TWO WEEKS (it was pretty pitiful... I felt awful for that kitty). My cat didn't need a cone, and she was fine after some mild pain killers- recovery was quick and easy and she was jumping around the house and back to her usual self the same night I took her home from PPC. I've since moved an hour away from Stow, but I'll still bring my animals to Primary Pet Care. You can't beat the quality, let alone the price.

I must have looked a mess - big, energetic dog, two small (sometimes crying) children (one with stitches in her foot and had to be carried everywhere) - and my visit could've been a huge disaster with all I was juggling, but the staff at Primary Pet Care was amazing! They smoothed out a lot of the bumps that could've happened during our visit, and were very friendly and helpful. There was a bit of a wait, and that's common at these more affordable, walk-in vets, but we were very comfortable and received great care. Great service, great value! (And no upselling, that is so common with other pet care establishments.) I will definitely be going back to this vet - but I may try to get there closer to the opening time.

I will be going back here with my babies! The care was outstanding and the prices were unbelievably low. I was afraid there would be some hidden fee or the care would suck. I was pleasantly surprised that the fees listed is the price you pay and the entire staff was very caring and helpful! Highly Recommend!!

I found an advertisement for this vet at Summit Mall. I wasn't sure what to expect with a veterinarian with prices so low, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, convenient (no appointment needed and reasonable hours), the staff was professional, and the prices were less than half the cost of my last vet. I went in expecting to spend a lot - I had to get 2 exams for different pets, a heartworm test, 3 vaccines, 2 medications, and special food - it came to less than $100, and I know I would have spent more than double that at my other place. I would recommend this office to anyone.
