Dr. Pal is indeed the best vet we have been to. I'm not sure what problems have been posed by the previous reviewer but our experiences have been nothing short of exemplary for both our Puggle and our three cats. We first took one of our cats in who had started acting very strange and aggressively which is nothing like her typical, loving self. Dr. Pal immediately found that the "Spay and Neuter Clinic" (located in Old Brooklyn and is nothing short of a horror story, butcher shop) did not complete the stitching after spaying our cat! How a certified clinic overlooks something like that is beyond me and I highly advise staying far, far away from the Spay and Neuter Clinic. Spend the extra cash and go to a real veterinarian. Dr. Pal contacted the Spay and Neuter Clinic and made them pay the bill for her to fix their error! I don't know any veterinarian that would go above and beyond for their clients like that. It didn't cost us a dime and finally had our cat back to her old, loving self. She has since neutered and vaccinated our most recent cat. The entire process was nearly painless and if it wasn't for the cone around his little head, you wouldn't have known he had undergone any such surgery at all. This past week our Puggle had started taking care of his business inside the house, which he has never done in his 7 years of being with us. Within an hour of walking in the door at Danielle's Boarding, Dr. Pal diagnosed him with diabetes. They provided us with all the information, prescriptions and special food. Luckily, the two shots he needs everyday are painless. We hold nothing but praise for Danielle's Boarding and especially, Dr. Pal! This is the only veterinarian for us and will continue to be as long as Dr. Pal is in their employ! Thanks for all you have done for us. Sorry to hear about the poor experience the previous reviewer posted but that is nothing like the Danielle's we have come to know.

I took my dog to Danielle’s Boarding Kennel in Strongsville for a week in September. I have taken my dog to the kennel before and I have not had an issue. Upon picking my dog up from the kennel I noticed a white residue on my dogs fur while petting her. The next day I noticed excessive itching from my dog so I decided to give her a bath to get rid of whatever powder/residue was on her back. When I took her for a bath I decided to check for fleas I noticed 2 on her belly. The next day I called the kennel to discuss the concerns I had and I was told the manager of the kennel was not in (Elizabeth). The next day Lisa from Dr. Pal’s Vet clinic called me. She was immediately rude on the phone and would not let me explain my issue but instead she cut me off and indicated to me that Dr.Pal needed to see my dog. I voiced her my concerns with brining my dog back to the facility that I believe she got fleas from and she proceeded to yell at me and then hang up the phone on me without solving my issues. My concerns with both Danielle’s Boarding Kennel and Dr. Pal’s veterinary clinic is customer service and animal safety. I thought I was taking my dog to a place that truly cared about the well-being of my animal and it is clear that they do not live up to their portion of the agreement. I signed a contract that promised a “clean and safe” environment for my animal. The degrading way I was treated by Lisa was unprofessional and by no means a way to address a customer issue. If you are considering taking your animal to Danielle’s Boarding Kennel or Dr. Pal’s veterinary clinic I would highly advise NOT to, so you and your animal do not endure the treatment that myself and my fury best friend did.
