I brought my corgi mix to Dr. Allen with what I thought was a standard urinary tract infection. Needless to say it ended up being a more complex infection and bladder stone, that required multiple trips to Dr. Allen (and a referral to Dr. Abfall for imaging) and a surgery. I was impressed by the great communication of Dr. Allen and his staff, who kept me updated constantly. I was also impressed by the high standard of care my dog received, and at a VERY reasonable cost.

Worst vet experience ever! I took my dog there because he was recommended by Petland. First of all, NEVER buy a dog from Petland!!! They sold me a sick dog and in very small print the paper work stated she was from a puppy mill along with all of the other dogs being sold. When I arrived at Dr. Allen's he said she has a mild case of kennel cough. The next day, I took her back because she was vomitting and having trouble breathing. He then referred me to Dr. Kroner, another vet in the area who has more medical technology, only to find out that my dog has a severe case of pneumonia and a collapsed lung. Dr. Allen was very unhelpful and CLEARLY the diagnonsis was inaccurate considering he told me I had nothing to worry about. DO NOT USE HIM!

I have really enjoyed going here because I can always count on them for quality, affordable checkups and procedures for my two dogs. Thanks, Allen Pet Clinic!
