Terrible experience. I waited for 2.5 hours for nothing. They did not treat my dog at all other than give her pain meds. They told me that they didn't even have a otoscope ( ear scope) to look in her ear. While there I overheard the receptionist lie to a hysterical caller and told her she had an emergency to take care of and hung up on her. There was no emergency. She just lied to get her off the phone. The intake attendant asked me the same questions over and over ( he was not paying attention at all). The floors in our exam room had dried fluids on the floor and lots of animal hair and dirt. I will never go there again.

While the care that was given was appropriate and correct (in my opinion), the fees charged for said care were outrageous. The costs incurred at this facility were roughly 5x what they were at our our regular vet. I understand that it is an emergency care facility, but that kind of up-charge is blatant gouging. There should be a bit of ethics involved here. Just because you can charge as much as you want, doesn't mean you should. I would have trouble sleeping at night after taking advantage of a customer in such a way.
