Our experience taking our 24 y/o CAG to the Bird & Exotic Pet Wellness Center was a very good experience. We drove 1 1/2 hrs just for this appointment. Dr O was very highly recommended by an avian vet here in Ft Wayne. All of the staff was very nice, professional and answered all questions, and offered many suggestions. The office was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit, and all the stories they were kind enough to share with us. Our precious pet was never out of our sight. The staff was very gentle and calming to our pet during the exam. We look forward to our follow up visit after 30 days. The office has called me to see how our parrot is doing about a week after our initial visit. This is a very caring staff, and wants to see that your pet gets the best treatment. I highly recommend this facility for your precious pets well being.

Went here when our snake started presenting strange symptoms and our vet recommended Dr. Tim. The experience was wonderful, with a vet who doesn't treat exotics just as their symptoms (which I have seen a lot of in the past with my other exotics), but instead as the whole animal. Full check up, talking about housing, the works. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Friendly, thorough, efficient! Doctors and staff are top notch. I have been a client for appx 4 years and have nothing but the best to say about them. I board my 2 caiques frequently and am always comfortable knowing they are in good, caring hands. Makes my time away from home more relaxing and worry free.

These vets are the best! Knowledgeable, caring, friendly, you can't ask for more. The best thing is that they really care for the animals. I have moved out of state and have been through three vets trying to find vets as incredible as the vets in this practise. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Last summer we added three guinea pigs to our family mix of dogs and cats and kids. We found ourselves in need of a special vet who could check out our new little friends and ensure they were healthy and happy. One of them even had a growth on his neck that needed surgical treatment. The staff took the time to educate me on the care of guinea pigs and did a wonderful job treating all the critters. I am happy to recommend this practice.
