I had to take my family dog that we have had for almost 20 years to be put down today... i was crying uncontrollably and couldnt stop. Dr Bart was absolutely AMAZING. He consoled me, gave me options and explained what was going on with my dog, good and bad. When he did have to be euthanized, I couldnt be in the room as well as my father. He walked the dog personally outside to our car, and went out of his way to console me and make me feel better about the situation. I cannot say enough positive words about him and his staff, a GREAT place to go, I would reccommend him to anyone.

I live in Ann Arbor but heard about Dr Bart from a friend. He was on vacation when I made my appointment so I saw another doctor there. She was totally amazing and I will happily drive an hour with my dog for the wonderful personalize service I received at this vet! The whole staff is amazing!

Dr. Bart and his staff are top notch. Dr. Bart walks in the exam room and immediately goes to the floor to greet your furry friend. I cannot say enough kind words about him and his staff. The prices are reasonable too!! If you are in the market for a new vet, look no further! This is the best in the area.

After calling in the morning and explaining that my carry was sick, and asking about their prices and how late they were open, I took my cat there and they told me she could not be seen today. Never once in the phone call did they even mention that I would need an appointment. I understand they are busy but I was still a potential customer. And was just very upset I drive there with my sick cat and found that out.
