I should have done my homework prior to trusting Reynolds Road Animal Hospital with the care of my pets. First, they are not a hospital. They are not properly equipped nor staffed for emergencies. Simply put they are more interested in taking your money and upselling you for services and items you do not need. Ask for a tour of their facility and then go and compare your findings to places like Sylvania Vet, Holly Farms, etc... Plus these other places will provide excellent care without all the expense.

They are all about the money. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE! The last time I was in, I was waiting in the exam room and I could hear one of the vets on the phone with a client ranting and raving about how they can't help her or her pet unless she pays. Very rude and unprofessional! Then I placed an order with 1-800 Pet Meds so I can get my dog's prescription for a reasonable price and Reynold's Road Animal Hospital refused to allow my order to go through. I guess if you aren't buying it from them, you aren't buying it. I'm getting a new vet! They should be ashamed!

Great place! Been going here for 3years and have never had any issues. The vets were considerate and never once judged their patients. My dog has "special needs" lol, since he has issues with other dogs. They noted this into my account and made sure to schedule my dog's appointments during their less busier time slots. Before accepting any work done, ask for a list. IF you find something that you do not want done, let them know BEFORE agreeing to do them!

Our cat was really sick, she stayed there for the night, and next day she died after an operation. Of course we couldn't say anything after signing the bs paper. They asked more money for the autopsy. Dude, you couldn't find the solution and our cat died. Why do you think we are willing to pay for your experimental autopsy or possibly even no autopsy but just a scam.
