I have been bringing my parents dogs (two English Mastiffs) and my very own dogs (two mixed breeds) here for over a year and can not think of anything negative to say about the place. From caring staff to an all around great facility, where they can run and play indoors and outdoors all day long, and not to mention the pricing is great and affordable. I can think of nowhere else to take my favorite animals. Working nights also makes this place a godsend for either running the energy out of my dogs so I can sleep or watching over them for the night when I am working. Trusting your pets to complete strangers is hard but the staff truly care for your animals like they were their own and it is very hard not to trust them. Toledo Pet Farm continues to improve with time and I would never think of taking my pets anywhere else.

As a proud employee and manager of Tpf I love my job and believe whole heartily that our facility is the best place to bring your fur baby in Toledo. We strive to provide each pet with the best care and they leave happy and wagging. I highly recommend that you stop in and check out our facility and see how awesome of a place it truly is,

WARNING!!! If you love your dog do not bring them here for boarding, grooming, or daycare. I dropped of my pristine puppy for a week while I was on vacation. When I picked her up I noticed her belly had a couple round red sores. Within days she had completely broken with a fungal infection. When I contacted the facility to advise that they may have an issue I was told that there was nothing they could do about because I signed a waiver. They did not offer any sort of resolution simply an attitude of I'm sorry for your luck. I'm now paying vet bills to get my precious pup back to health. So take my advice stay far far away from this place.

In regards to Holly's experience, I was the acting manager the day she called to address her concerns. She claimed Holly had contracted ringworm during her stay at Toledo Pet Farm. I explained that, with any communicable parasite, it was a risk she took upon entering the daycare play group and that although we take great pride in the cleanliness and sanitation of our facility, there is no way to prevent such an issue. I requested that I would like to see the dog and or vet paper work to see the definitive diagnosis. She explained that she hadn't taken the dog to the vet but was relying on her background in the medical field. I explained that we could not begin to even try to rectify this situation without proper paperwork she then began to get upset and threatened me that either I would refund her in full or she would trash our reputation via the internet. I apologized for the inconvenience but said until she brought me vet records their was nothing more I could do. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our facility and I urge anybody who is interested in boarding, daycare, or grooming services for their furry friends to come in and take a tour. We have a knowledgeable and caring staff that strive to accommodate every pet entrusted in our care with a safe, stress free, and overall fun experience.

We take our boxer here for daycare and boarding! We absolute LOVE it and so does he! You can't even say the word daycare in our house or our dog will bounce off the walls/furniture/door/etc until you get everything together so he can go play! They are great about organizing the dogs into packs that have similar personalities and energy levels. We've had issues with other daycare/boarding facilities not wanting to keep him because of his energy levels, as he can be a bit overwhelming at times. The staff at Toledo Pet Farm are so amazing with him and they get so excited when he comes in! They are sure to play with him if there aren't other dogs there at that time with his energy levels. He has issues with drinking too much water and they always wash his bed for us when he stays over night and has an a accident in his suite. I can not say enough about this place! They're wonderful!
