My cat Ditto has been going to the West Toledo Animal Hospital for approximately two years. A friend referred me to the vets there. It has been a godsend for us. The vets have taken great care of Ditto and have been very affectionate and caring with him. They are extremely gentle and make great efforts to calm him down and make him as comfortable as possible. The vet techs are also great. They let him get accustomed to the examination room, talk to him, carry and touch him with gentleness and concern. This care is very important to me since Ditto becomes very nervous around people he does not know. The office staff has been very helpful with scheduling appointments and making us feel welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend the facility to anyone.

Sybilla is always well taken care of and the staff all love to see her. I've never had a bad experience there. They answered many of my questions as a first time German Shepherd owner which put my mind at ease about a great many "normal" GSD behaviors. I highly recommend taking your dog here.

I took my 4 yr old dog Spike into their office for the first time this week and was blown away by the service. There was hardly any wait time and the staff was extremely pleasant and treated us as patients and not just another check book walking in. Dr. West and her team are extremely professional, take the time to listen to your concerns and thoroughly explain everything without trying to rush onto the next patient. Here's how West Toledo Animal Hospital made me a happy client from day one. I'd just gotten new kitty "Nick" from the humane society and already had an established vet elsewhere. I had an appointment there to take him in for first time checkup. I didn't realize it would take 45 minutes to get Nick into his carrier and into the car. After running horribly late to that appointment, I called my vet on the way, letting them know I was 10 mins away. I was told I would need to reschedule for another day. I politely asked they try to squeeze me in, but they were just too busy and couldn't possibly do it. I'd been a client there for 8 years. West Toledo Hospital got me an appointment immediately. This completely exceeded my expectations. The staff there made my life easier. I was so relieved not to have to go through the 45 minute exercise of getting new kitty Nick packed up again. Nick certainly appreciated it, too. (He told me ;) West Toledo Animal Hospital is my new vet!

West Toledo has a wonderful and caring staff. They bend over backwards for clients. All of my four-legged children love them.
