Dr Mooney is the best vet that I have ever been to since going to Dr Lebeau with previous family pets when I was younger. She is always AMAZING and over the top so happy with my animals! She makes me feel extremely comfortable as well as my fur-babies! She's great!! I would recommend her to everyone!! Dr Mooney.... Titan, Lexie, and Stella love you as well as we do! :) Also we have our dogs boarded here and we haven't had any problem they are awesome as well! :) Thanks VCA Green!

Our cat has been very ill off and on for a month. This is the only place that we trust to treat him, especially after our regular vet ignored a significant symptom/development in his condition. They are expensive, but they offer a payment plan through Care Credit and are ALWAYS up front about the cost of treatment or testing. They present you with all of the options available and allow you to choose what is best for you and your pet. Their veterinarians and staff have gone above and beyond, not only to treat our cat, but also to educate us about what's going on with him and what our options are for his care. I would recommend this place to ANYONE, even if you do not have a lot of money to put toward your pet's care. It will save you money in the long run if you get the problem resolved the first time around by going to a competent vet.

Awful. Rude staff members at the desk. Rude veterinarians- especially the lady in her late thirties with the dark, curly hair. Very pushy. My cat had some intestinal parasites, and the vet prescribed him three different meds. Then she wanted to also treat ear mites with more medications. I said one thing at a time, I didn't feel comfortable putting that much medication into my cat at one time. She got very sarcastic with me- I've never had a medical professional act so UNprofessional and immature. I've also never had a doctor that wanted to pump an animal so full of meds; they usually want to address one thing at a time, but I was new to the area and just found this place in the phone book not knowing any better. Also, beware of their prices! The cost was incredible! They clearly are still trying to make back all of the money they spent on building their huge, new building. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I used to kind of enjoy going to my old vet- they were so friendly, and extremely professional. I never would have imagined that there could be a vet's office like this.

I have been waiting for an hour and a half to get a health certificate...still waiting two hours later no one in no one out.

Pros: Great service, clean place, great compassion for animals Cons: PRICE. Prepare for sticker shock!!!! It's not just a "little" more than other places, it's double or triple!!!! When you hear the price at checkout, your jaw will hit the floor. After you gasp to catch your breath, you will feel like looking around and saying "Am I being punked?" (the way Dr. Phil says it). You will spend the next days and nights of your life pontificating why your visit was so expensive, and you will consider throwing away whatever career you had because you will think constant thoughts about how much wealthier you would be if you could simply own a cash cow like this one. I believe that if VCA Green were a publically traded company, it would list higher in annual revenue than Exxon Mobil, Apple Computer and IBM combined. They really do give great care to animals, but the moment your pet gets sick, start preparing yourself for the skull-crushing financial shock that awaits you - I recommend envisioning yourself hurling your wallet into a fire in addition to all of the dollars in your bank account going through a giant vacuum into an endless black hole.
