We had to have our 14 year old cat put down and had never used this facility prior to that incident but they accepted us with open arms and did the nasty task as our own veterinarian does not put down animals. Not only were they the most compassionate people we ever dealt with but afterwards even sent us a beautiful letter of condolence and no; it wasn't from a business point of view but rather of a very caring facility. I would highly recommend this facility for all your pet needs.
