They would not help put my elderly cat down because I was not an "established client". My cat was urinating blood and puking blood. The receptionist wouldn't even let me finish my sentence is over the phone. My cat suffocating in his own blood on the way to another vet that was 20 minutes from my house compared to the 5 minute to cedarside!
