The staff is so friendly and absolutely wonderful! I wouldn't trust my pup with anyone else. They are very knowledgeable and so good with him! He just had his teeth cleaned and they did a wonderful job! I highly recommend them!!!

Dr. Moroff and his staff are exceptional. My cats and dogs have been under Dr. Moroff's care for many years and I have always been impressed with his knowledge, skill and most importantly, his love and compassion. Dr. Moroff treats my pets as if they were his own and he is an outstanding veterinarian. I highly recommend him!

Very disappointed. We were referred here by the Cleveland APL to get our first check-up for free. When I called to schedule the appointment I made sure to get confirmation that it would be free. At the end of the visit, I was charged and was told the only free part was the Dr. coming in to look at our dog. Would've been great to know that BEFORE I went there. I was unable to get any helpful information out of the Dr. when we were there, not even a guess as to what breeds might be in my dog (not like I'd hold him to it, but he wouldn't even hazard a guess!). I tried to get help with my dog's severe separation anxiety, and all he would say REPEATEDLY (as if I were an idiot) was that it was a behavioral issue. So, now I'm down money that I didn't have to spend at the time for a wasted visit.

I have been going to Dr. Moroff for over 5 years. He and his staff are knowledgeable and compassionate about their jobs and always make me feel comfortable by explaining everything very well. I have referred many people to him over the years and everyone has been very happy with his service!

I left there because I felt the office staff were rude and when my dog that I had taken there for many years had an emergency they told me to call an emergency hospital in Mentor! What is up with that??? Do not call yourself an animal hospital if you are not one! Glad I switched to another more helpful place.
