Had to go to them for the second time, ever, yesterday. Yesterday morning, we had five cats. Yesterday evening, one of our cats seemed to have developed symptoms indicating some form of brain tumor. The doctor was quite explicit on where I could go for further help; however, knowing my baby was an "old man" in kitty years, and knowing the general outcome and prognosis, I chose to have him euthanized. The staff there, just like the first time, were SO wonderful. They worked us in last-minute. They were informative and honest about everything. The treated my little old man with grace, compassion, and tenderness, and treated me with much of the same. In my opinion, you could do FAR far worse than take your beloved furperson there for assistance.

My dog was a bad dog and needed a bath ASAP...I called around and they were able to take her immediately. They also called and got her records from our vet by the time I got her there. She was cleaned and well groomed in a manner of a couple of hours. I was very pleased with the willingness to help on short notice and the caring and professional care I received. I will go there again.

I have taken my 2 pets here for a few years, the staff is very warm and customer service is great. However, both dogs that were patients here had their teeth pulled (different breeds, one a rescue one from a breeder) as a result of the teeth pulling both dogs became deaf-one a year after the pulling and one within months. The one dog became very confused in her old age and had a few strokes. I'm not sure if there is a connection between deafness, strokes and teeth pulling-or not but I would definitely recommend seeking another vet if you need dental work for your pet.

I've taken my animals (cats and dogs) to this vet since they opened. They trully care about the animals, and even go out of thier way to make them comfortable, particularly with boarding and grooming.
