We came to this clinic because the one we usually used for our pets did a terrible job on a spaying procedure, that my puppy lost her life over. This vet was very helpful and compassionate. The veterinarian was sweet, loved on my puppy and gave her some cheese and medications on the spot. They gave us a cone so she would not chew on her stitches because the other vet failed to give us one. I got the cone, antibiotics, and pain meds for free as a first visit promo and the bill was very reasonable. I enjoyed this facility and all they did for my baby girl while she was with us. We lost her last night because the other vet did such a terrible job and her stitches came unraveled because they used one continuous strand for the entire incision. Please DONT USE VILLAGE VET OF BROKEN ARROW. the VCA is literally right down the street. Please choose the right vet, its worth your pets life. Dont let them suffer the same way my precious Roux did.

The people are definitely animal lovers and good with pets. But jeez they're expensive. Communication is done well (not great), the building is kind of dumpy, hard to give it 3 stars with my experiences here.

I recently used VCA Broken Arrow to euthanize my dog. This was my first experience with the staff and they were wonderful. The facility is not the nicest in town, but the staff more than makes up for the old building. I highly recommend VCA.
