I would give zero stars if I could NOT HAPPY. My cat has been having diabetic seizures because his blood sugar is low. He has records on file in Michigan of being treated for this for over 2 years. My old vets were more than happy to fax records. I needed him in for a glucose curve cause I cant control his sugar on my own. I was told I would have to bring him for an exam which they couldnt do until Friday which was 6 days away. Then proceeded to TELL ME what time instead of telling me what was available. My cat could drop his blood sugar at anytime. But they told me everything about their "wellness plan" Sorry. I rather go with a vet that is personable and understands urgency. Hes not just an animal. He is part of my family.

They always save me money because they understand how it is caring for pets and going to college. They know I love my animals and give the superior care. The receptionists are nice except for one but I haven't saw her recently the last couple times so she might not be with them anymore. They make sure you get what you need and can afford it.

I have taken my animals here since I've moved to Edmond...the staff are very friendly and caring and the doctors are always very thorough. I was originally attracted to them because they were convenient and had a more flexible hours than most, but they are now my vet of choice because of the care and personal service they provide. My dogs are a handful, and they have always been more than accommodating. About a year ago they got into a rotten chocolate cake that had been trashed...I called them at 7:05...5 mins after close, they not only stayed open to see my dogs but didn't rush any treatment, we were there until 8:30. At the beginning of this year one of my dogs got cancer, and Banfield made call after call to get us into the best possible treatment center, they went above and beyond once again seeing my at close/after hours to make sure my pets got the best treatment. They are now working closely with the University that performed the surgery and the clinic that is performing the chemo. They always take time to answer my questions -- I don't have any bad things to say about them. They have several Doctors, so if you like to have just one vet you may need to request that. Dr's have seemed to turn over in the past few months, but that is the only remotely negative thing I can think of. I love Banfield, and I hope you have the same experience.

My dog has been a happy Banfield client for over two years. We originally went to the office at 63rd and May; however, her main Vet was transferred to the Edmond location. My dog has had critical injuries so when a more invasive procedure is required I prefer a vet that is familiar with her history (hence the reason for using the Edmond location). The office staff as well as the pet nurses at the Edmond location are extremely inappropriate, incompetent, and lazy to the degree that I no longer feel safe leaving my pet in their care. It is unfortunate that some Banfields allow such employees to continue haphazardly caring for pets. To add to the frustration we are locked into a plan for the next several months b/c Banfield "saves" you money if you sign a contract with them.

The nurses and vets were so nice. My cat is very skittish but she really liked all the people at Banfield.
