We recently moved and needed a veterinarian in Edmond, and Pampered Pets was just a few minutes away, so we decided to go by there. We are very glad we did. It has been a fantastic experience. The doctor and staff are great. We had an emergency this Saturday, and needed to get two of our dogs in, and they saw us almost immediately. We recommend them highly.

I am so surprised at the negativity of some, especially the one(s) who did not have an actual encounter with the professional services-hearsay can be a dangerous thing. The clinic is so clean and modern looking and the staff professional My dogs get excellent care and the Dr. calls me at home to check on my dogs when ever they have had a procedure (surgery, teeth cleaning) None of my other vets did that There are always people who will never be happy no matter what service they receive-get a life I will not take my dogs anywhere else- I am a medical professional myself and I recognize high standards The staff have always been open to any concerns I may have about my dogs-if there is a problem it is fixed

The vet in here doesn't care about the pets that come in. Take your loved one elsewhere. Not until they raise their morals. I had a friend that worked here for a few months and quit. She told me countless horrer stories about so many purposely misdiagnosed pets just so they have an excuse to operate and charge. So many accidental wounds, infections. If this place was meant for humans, they would have been closed down and fined for fraud.

THE WORST PLACE EVER TO TAKE YOUR PET FOR ANYTHING!!!! I was lied to about the pricing, charged for services not provided & the grooming was pitiful. I did complain to the Dr. and he told me I was charged extra because my dogs were matted to the skin & they were badly behaved. NOT TRUE!!!! I have 6 dogs total, & they are my babies. I have the greatest vet in Crescent, (Dr. Darcy Smith) but I was looking for a spa/resort place for some extra pampering for my babies. Every Dr. or groomer that has met my dogs have told me how great they were while being handled. What a foolish person that is running this place..yes he made some extra money off me for 1 visit, but I will never return & now I'm writing (for the first time) a public complaint. I really don't want anybody else to go through such a bad experience. For resort type activity I'm going to use Camp Bow Bow in Edmond.

a friend of mine used to work there and the manager Kristina was complently incompentent. They actually hire 16 year old kids because thats all they can get to work at this terrible place. The mangement does not care about any of the pets/ employees what so ever, and i would not recomed taking any pet in for grooming, boarding, or any vetinary services. i assure you thataccording to my friend, you do not want to bring your pet in here for any services.
