Great veterinarian to take your pets to, Dr. Newnam takes personal interest in the animals and may tell you something harsh, but it's the truth regarding the health of your pet.

WE HAVE CHANGED FROM ANOTHER VET TO THIS VET, WE ALREADY LOVE HER. SHE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. WE LOVE THE FACT THAT SHE IS THE ONLY VET , NOT LIKE WHERE WE WERE AT, DIFFERENT VET EVERY TIME WE WENT. VERY FRIENDLY, NOT IN A HURRY TO GET US IN AND OUT FOR THE NEXT PERSON WITH A DOLLER AMOUNT BEHIND THEM. NOT TO SAY ANY NAMES BUT YOU SHOULD STAY AWAY FROM ANY VETS ON SHIELDS BY I-240. WE LOVE DR CINDY AND SO DO OUR DOGS. OUR OLD DOG THAT IS NO LONGER WITH US IS SURELY UNHAPPY WITH THE OLD VETS, THAT WOULD NOT CLAIM RESPONSABILITY, FOR WHAT HAPPEN TO OUR HEALTHY LOVED ONE/DOG/ . R.I.P.

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Newnam and her staff for over 10 years. Especially in the last couple of years, I have had to, on multiple occasions, call the Dr. in a mild panic because of a pet emergency. She is always willing to talk to me, and if necessary, come in to stitch/treat my animal(s). She and the staff take wonderful care of the animals. As a matter of fact, my current puppy was an abandoned pet they kept in the clinic rather than send to a shelter. I have never doubted their love for animals and would have no hesitation recommending Dr. Newnam to anyone I know.

DO NOT take your pets to this place. Dr. Newnan has her unqualified / unlicensed staff perform illegal procedures on animals that only a licensed vet is qualified to do! They also use expired materials and outdated equipment! Also all the 5 star reviews you see online are from her staff NOT the patients so don't be fooled! Customer Service is horrible. Their answer for everything is " I don't know!" Good luck trying to get a hold of someone in the office when you call too, they never answer and when they do they make it obvious you are wasting their time!

I love this entire staff! They have helped my dear lil Dudley so much! Dr. Cindy is the best vet that Ive ever encountered! The staff is wonderfull and caring 100%.
