They misdiagnosed my old cat and I almost put him down. My wife and I cared for him back to health. They admited they didnt get it right. Bill was over $600. Very nice people, but maybe not very detailed in their work. I moved to another vet.

Their doctors are good, but their support staff is inconsistent and lack compassion. I have been a loyal, regular client since my dog was just a puppy. My dog was in their care today & I rushed like crazy after work to come get her before they closed. Although I gave myself time to get there-- life happens & I got caught in terrible traffic. I called right away to let them know that I was rushing, and would be no more than 5 mins late. I wanted to make sure I'd still make it. The person I spoke to said that would be fine. They would still discharge her for me. I checked my phone & arrived at exactly 6:05pm just like I said I would. However, much to my dismay the staff flatly told me I couldn't take my dog home- they had closed down for the night. I told her of my earlier conversation & explained that I got an "okay" plus I was only 5 mins late. She told me in a condescending tone that it was actually 6:15. (which it wasn't! My cell phone said 6:05) The part that irritated me most was the indifference and the inconsistency. Whomever had been nice and approved the 5 minute grace period had disappeared and I was left with two staff members who could care less and just wanted to go home. The icing on top?!! They wanted to charge me an extra $17 to keep her over night!! I left extremely frustrated & sad. I had driven 40 mins from south Tulsa in crazy traffic to get my sweet dog & had been turned away- with complete indifference! If 6:05 was unacceptable then tell me so, so I don't drive like a lunatic trying to get there in time. I work in the service industry-- and I know how good customer service works. This isn't it. I am very unhappy & won't be recommending their facility or taking my dog back to their location.

I am SO pleased with their services to my 7 month old kitty, Ali! The vet and all of the assistants are SO caring and sweet and very good with animals. Ali had to have a pretty serious stitching-up after an abscess errupted and tore a big hole in her abdomen. She has had the best care here and I am so thankful. As I type this I am sitting in the waiting room while they take care of her.
