The people at the Animal Emergency Center were so kind and caring. My cat was very ill and had to be put to sleep, and they treated her with a great deal of love. Such wonderful people there.

We have taken our pets here on 3 occasions, several late in the evening. The staff has been great and compassionate when we lost a 1 year old puppy.

My 2 year old Shih Tzu/Chihuahua went into the care of Animal Emergency Center on a Friday, the staff was immediately helpful and quickly diagnosed her. They answered all my questioned thoroughly, and I never had to wait longer than a minute or two to speak to someone even when the center was full. My dog was in their care for a total of 6 days, and though it was very expensive, it was very much worth it. They let me call and visit as much as I wanted (which was a lot because I'm a worry-wart). They never made me feel stupid when I asked them to put medical terms into simpler words. But the most important thing was that they actually cared for my dog; they kept her wrapped in blankets (because she gets cold very easily), and played with her and treated her with as much care as I would. I am so pleased with the service we received here, and would highly recommend (though hopefully not many pets will need).

Caring and dedicated people.

This place is top notch. Very friendly and clean, they keep me informed each time my bill went up and oh did it...however they saved my dogs life. Perks: They had had coffee and one of those vanilla latte machines with hot chocolate. Complaint: The examine room bench was very uncomfortable, they need a chair or something different. I just waited in the lobby though.
