Have been going here since November 2013 on a recommendation, can't say enough good things! They care as much as I do when my fur baby was sick! My dogs use to try to run back out when they recognized our previous vet and they are hard to drag out of this one. Thank you!

Wonderful people, very patient and caring. We have a pitbull puppy that had parvo and they SAVED our little girl!!!!! I would take the pepsi challenge with this Vet against any other Vet, anywhere time or place....BestFriendsTulsa !!!!!

Dr. Carol is the best, every time I have had to come to Best Friends my pets have had the best care possible! All of my questions were always answered honestly and she will give you her personal opinion without forcing you into a treatment you may not want. A few years ago we had a medical emergency in the wee hours of the night, I called Dr. Carol and she opened her hospital for me right away, took awesome care of my bird, who by the way needed surgery and reassure me throughout the whole thing. She has a special way about her and all animals sense her love for them. If you are new to the area or just want a Vet who cares I would highly recommend giving Best Friends a call!

My dogs and cats have been visiting Dr. Best for 20 years. She has seen them through coughs to cancer. I've always felt like she feels my animals matter.They really like her a lot and say she tickles them sometimes while she is examining them. My oldest dog says she smells pretty, which could be either a good thing or bad thing depending on who you are I guess. I took it a good way. The wait to see her can be long sometimes but they are getting better. They now have a Dr. LaNye (not sure how she spells that) and my dog, Scribbles, really likes her. She says that Dr. LaNye always has a special smile just for her. Give Best Friends a try, you'll be glad you did.

Like a lot of folks, we are a little strained financially at the moment. Today, when asked if they had a payment plan for services above the office visit, my wife was rudely told no, and treated like a panhandler coming in to ask for money, instead of the 9yr patient that we are. Not like we were asking for free services, just something to help soften the blow financially, if it came to that. After my wife told me this, I promply called and cancelled my appt. and any future services with them. I was told "good", and hung up on. That's great customer care. I'm sure the incredibly rude, uncaring woman that answered the phone, gets her services for free, so its probably not an issue to her. WOODLAND HILLS ANIMAL HOSPITAL in BA was much more considerate of our situation, kind and understanding, and offered a credit system. We'll be taking him there shortly. Businesses like this need to fail, I hope they do, and I will do my best to contribute to that process as I find every review I can and post this.
