I love this place, but one of the people that work the front is rude. Amy is another person that works the front desk and she is awesome, she always makes sure I have what I need and what I need to know before I leave. I love the lady that looks at my animals. And they worked with me when I was on a budget and took what I had and done way more then the $50 I gave them.

Jacox is the only reason my dog is still alive. My Golden Retriever ate a bag full of rat poisoning and was given a terrible prognosis by the ER. We considered putting him down but thought we'd better take him to see Dr. Rawlings at Jacox. They saved his life. I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff and doctors were with Shadow. We recommend Jacox to everyone.

I went to Jacox for the first time with two of my dogs.I think that the veternarian in which i was appointed to was very nice, caring, and informational. My experience there was overall well, besides for the fact that my appointment for my dogs first checkup there was not written down. Meaning when i called ahead of time they said they had a spot for me and called me back the day of the checkup and stated again that i had my appointment. Then when i arrived with my dog they said they didnt have me in their books. However, they still gave me that time becasue it was still empty in the books. I didn't have the same experience as others, so maybe Jacox has new staff.

Rude! I hate to reiterate the last two comments, but they are true. The receptionist at the Jacox Animal Clinic was discourteous to me as a client, and begrudging gave me the information that I needed for my first visit. This sort of unprofessionalism shocked me not once, but three times at which point I had to cancel my first appointment. To the veterinarian who has established this facility, please be aware that your hard work and dedication to your chosen field and the business that you created is being tarnished by ill-mannered staff that don`t do not take seriously the maintaining of a positive reputation a business needs to survive.

I wouldn't recommend these guys. Every time I'm there they do not make you feel welcome. They are short with and if you ask them to order food/treats/dental chews ect. they never keep you updated or call you back. You have to stay on top of these people yourself. I do not get the feeling they hold me or my dog (the important part) in any importance. We're just another customer to them.
