I wouldn;t take a stray to them. I have been twice and had a very bad experience the first time. They were to groom and treat my cat for fleas and call me by 3 because I needed to leave for work. They forgot and I had to miss work. I gave a second chance which. was a mistake. I boarded my cat that THEY just groomed and my puppy that I bath weekly, they rudely said I had a problems. No one checked when we checked in, no one called me....why? My animals got fleas and worms staying there and my dog shook for 48 hours and pooped 3 times in a row, like she never had a chance before to go outside. I took them to my vet and they were dehydrated! Really really awful and they refused to address what happened They need to be shut down. Petsmart agreed and has heard awful stories about Paw Prints ....DONT USE THEM. IT COST ME NEARLY 150$ FOR MY ANIMALS TO GET FLEAS, ALLERGIES, DEHYDRATION NO EXERCISE AND TRAUMA ....DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE

I took my dog to the happy tails boarding facility which is also a part of Paw Prints they said its the Drs. house and when I picked up my dog over Labor day weekend she was shaking and I asked the girl what was wrong with her and she said oh she barked the whole time so the Dr. put a shock collar on her to keep her from barking, I said I did not okay that and she said oh they do it to the dogs that bark. I was so upset I will never take her there again. Beware of where you take your precious animals.
