Not only did the vet scare my 18 year old kid by muzzling our very tame dog without provocation he also told him that he was not taking good care of him and demanded we have an immediate dental cleaning. We took her to another vet and they said while they did see some tartar it was not at all emergent. Go to this vet with caution, he is obviously focused on up-selling and less interested in providing good care for the animals. I really feel he tried to take advantage of my sensitive kid by trying to hard sell him by reaping fear...which is TOTALLY unacceptable.

Took our dog into visit doctor Thompson. Our puppy was having ear problems that we could not control with over the counter medication along with some skin problems. Dr Thompson and his staff were wonderful, Our puppy is 100% back to her old self and her itching has stopped completely. Thank you so much. Dave

Cocoa has been Dr. Thompson's patient since we got her as a puppy and he is excellent at explaining what is going on and the treatments needed. Bringing your pet to a vet is an expense, but it is a part of pet ownership, and it was all disclosed to me before administered. My dog's well being seemed to be the doctor's main concern, and that is what is important. I recommend.

Dr. Thompson has been taking care of my dog for more than 2 years now and his care has been nothing short of remarkable. My dog is getting along in years and requires a bit more attention these days as mysterious ailments seem to plague her on a semi-regular basis. He has promptly identified her problems and treated them expeditiously within a reasonable price range. His staff is friendly and they clearly love animals. They are all willing to go the extra mile to keep my dog happy and healthy, which is more than I can say for my own doctor!

Rude staff, not gentle with my dog and overpriced. They acted more like used car salesmen then caregivers. I will never return.
