I'm a poor, poor college student who recently found an abandoned newborn kitten and have been raising it since day 1. He recently fell very ill so I took him to this clinic because of their good reviews. These reviews could not have been more correct! The staff is very friendly and supportive. Though I am under financial strain their consultation fee is the cheapest in the area and the good Doctor even provided us with a free kitty IV and a week's worth of medication that normally I would not have been able to afford. This place is wonderful and I really appreciate their services!

The office staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The Dr. was knowledgeable and diagnosed our dog's knee problem to where he then recommended two surgeon's that would perform the procedure for my dog. Their prices are a tad high but it's worth the time/insight they give you and your animal.

dr tesluk have many great skills used everyday. he goes beyond care. his responsibiliy is to the pets he sees. he has several of his own that he adopted there at the hospital. he has new office staff that are very friendly and they really do care. wish people can see that.

the vet may be great, I would not know! I just walked out after experiencing the worst customer service that I have *ever* experienced at ANY vet. The woman made me, my Mom, and my ill pet who needed care, wait while she finished up a personal conversation making plans for some kind of meal. Then she called my old vet for records and proceeded to PUT THEM ON HOLD, saying she had "a lot of calls", then puttered about her desk as she put EVERY call on hold. (why would you actually call another vet then put them on hold? I have never seen anything so idiotic in my life.) She was rude to us, then tried to counteract it with braying laughter. When we asked for a phone book to call another vet, she made snide comments about us with another customer who was also waiting. I have NEVER seen anything like it. DO NOT bring your beloved animals to this vet!!! it is stressful enough needing help and care for your animals, then to be treated badly in a dirty, smelly waiting room that does not look as though it has ever been cleaned---that is TOO much.
