Just moved to Ashland and had to take my dog in right away…his eye had been bothering him for four days and the Bear Creek team were able to see us right away! The front desk service was excellent and the Veterinarian, although experiencing a very busy Monday, took her time to explain the dog's condition and answered all of my questions. Happy to have landed in Ashland and happy to have BCAC for my puppy!

Dr Alice Sievers is a wonderful veterinarian! I recommend Bear Creek Animal Clinic to anyone who desires quality care. Because the Drs. and staff have been so helpful to me, I find myself recommending them on a regular basis. I happened to read the review previous to mine and was appalled at the attack on Bear Creek by some lady name Kate. While I am personally upset at that unfair review, I am also sad that someone would say these things just because they didnt want to pay for services. When i go to Albertsons for milk and bread I go through the check-out line and pay. I dont ask for free stuff, I pay just like the next person. This lady should not have attacked the animal clinic because she doesnt want to pay. Thats just plain wrong. She Sounds like a person who writes bad checks to businesses and tries to bully people wherever she goes. Ashland is a town full of Great veterinarians but my personal choice has always been Alice Sievers and Co. Kate, please be nice to people or go shine up your crystal ball and calm down.

The vet is the best. She has a huge heart and goes out of her way to help animals and their owners. One time our dog was involved in a roll-over accident and had severe physical trauma. My partner was also hospitalized. Dr. Alice took care of our dog and even brought her home to us after a surgery. It took 8 months for our dog to heal and the vet was holding our hand and helping our dog the entire time. The staff is awesome too. They are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

BEWARE!!! Unless you have cash or credit and lot's of it, they will not treat your pets!! The Vet, Dr. Alice Sievers will not even speak to you if you have any needs regarding payment. Pay or leave, that's all she cares about! This is not a compassionate, loving, and professional business. This is JUST a business, and don't expect any service, understanding, or compassion because they love animals. They do not. They ONLY love MONEY.
