This place is a horrible place to get your dogs teeth done! I had an awful experience when I brought my dog in there. Her gums got inflamed and then they told me all they could do was pull out all of her teeth. Ridiculous! I wouldn't have reviewed them if I hadn't heard from so many of my grooming customers that they too had horrible experiences when they brought their dog in to have their teeth done. One customer of mine showed me a whole about the size of a pencil that was left in her dogs gums as a result of them pulling one, also I examined the teeth and they weren't even clean! Don't go there, you'll waste your money and worse your dog will have side effect that will last their lifetime!
I wanted to thank the entire staff at Bend Veterinary Clinic for your kindness and compassion. You helped me get through a few really bad days. I was a mess, and your support was greatly appreciated. I know that Tyson was in good hands, even though we weren't able to save him. Your gentleness helped to make a terrible situation a bit more bearable. Tyson was buried in our yard, with his blanket and little stuffed bear. Thanks again to everyone! Blessings, Steve and Terry Sissel
Bend Veterinary Clinic is my favorite vet in town by far! Their front office staff are friendly and helpful. Their office is comfortable and welcoming, they even offer coffee for clients and treats for pups. Dr. Stayer and Dr. Maas are both wonderful vets, caring and compassionate and also very good at what they do. I would recommend their services to anyone here in Bend.
Staff very cordial and vets knowledgable. Had a bad experience in Bend at vet near Fred Meyer and Bend Vet Clinic went out of their way to care of my 2 pugs. Nail clipping is a bit pricey but their other prices are decent and they run on schedule, don't keep you waiting and let you ask as many questions as you want. Lots of one on one time. They also give the dogs plenty of treats if it's vaccine time to reward them.
My brother brought a kitten who had broken his leg to the Bend Vet Clinic and the vet decided to try putting in a pin to try to save the kitten's leg and did it for the price of the amputation because my brother didn't have the means in which to really pay much. I ended up with the kitten through the healing process and after the pin was taken out, he re-broke his leg and they charged me the price for his medication and a small fee for removing the pin earlier -- and removed his leg for free. It's great to see vets who really just care about the animals. Thank you guys so much for everything you did for Phoenix! ^_^
