The staff is great, the doctor is incredibly knowledgeable and treats the pts and the owners with care and respect. Not sure why there is a bad review in here. The staff seems to love the animals and care for them as patients as well
This Vet is very good. We brought our cat in on an emergency and they gave great care and detail in the best interest of my MoMo (cat). We received hard to hear news, but it was delivered and explained in a way that I very much respected. Cost was explained up front. There was five other emergencies in the waiting room and lots of other animals to be seen by appointment, but he was able to see everyone and everyone seemed just as pleased with their business as I was.
I guess some people haven't had a good experience here, but honestly I've never had a bad experience and I have taken multiple pets there. My husband has been taking his animals there for over 15 years, and they have been seeing my dog since she was a puppy and now she is 8. They always try to save me money where possible, and if it weren't for them my cat would have died of a terrible infection a couple months ago. Even though we didn't have enough money for treatment they let us put collateral down and post-date checks because of the emergent situation. I would give these guys a 10 out of 10 if I could. Sorry to whoever had a bad experience, but for a broke girl who loves her animals, this place is the best around. I drive all the way from Coos Bay just to go here.
Fast, honest and quality service. They will try to save you money to the best of their ability.
After rude service at the from desk my dog was handled roughly and without care. A dog was left bleeding in the lobby without even being greeted!
