To be honest I have been to this clinic several times with a few of my pets and in most instances was very satisfied. However the last time I was there, my puppy was in for the last in his puppy series of shots, the vet tech actually came out and gave him his shot in the waiting area. Really? I felt as tho they didn't have time for us. No one bothered to ask if there was any other issues I may have been concerned with. Hmmm, I'm thinking of shopping around before I have him neutered.
Dr. Bullard is the most wonderful veterinarian. He is so talented, kind, respectful and dedicated. I trust him completely.
