This is the first practice in Eugene that has treated me not as a customer but as a partner in helping to heal my cat. I really can't praise them enough. Ann and Andrea who work here and who ran the examinations on my cat were great. They let me stay in the same room as they examined her and as they ran tests, gave her fluids and trimmed her fur. They talked me through the process and at no stage did I feel they had ulterior motives - like pushing cat food on me or a pet health insurance plan as other Eugene practices have done. They explained costs and let me decide before moving ahead with various treatments. I honestly actually felt like crying they were so kind. There is truly something to be said for genuinely good people. If you have to go anywhere for your cat, this is the place to go. HIGHLY recommended.

I wish I had as good of luck finding a doctor for myself as I found here for my cats. One of my cats is a former wild stray that took over a year of patient coaxing to become trusting of humans. His life outdoors left him with many battle scars and physical issues that needed attention. The gentle handling and loving attention he received here was heart-warming. Of course, he's such an adorable guy now, how could they resist? But, I've rarely had a vet that didn't treat my pet as a means to an end

The issue is not with their care- they will REALLY see if your cat is sick, but pay attention. Can you ever get out of there for less than $200? If you get out for under $100- do they all of a sudden start acting differently? All happy to see you, caring, concerned, understanding, quick with treatment... until you say no to something absurd that is not your cat's symptoms for a test that does not make any sense... they say your cat needs to be on wet food and come back for more tests in a few days, then give you a bag of Royal Cannin after making you pay for the wet food even though you have told them the brand you have at home, that is a better brand and the reasons why-but they cut you off saying your cat HAS to be on Royal Cannin. WTH?? YES, you will get a lot of good treatment, weather your cat needs it or not!

The services that Cat Care Limited provides are amazing. The staff is extremely kind and professional. Definitely a wonderful business for us pet lovers to go to. Keep up the great work.

This is the best vet I have ever been to. I read a bunch of reviews on vets all over Eugene, and I was very concerned about getting the MOST CARING vet I could for my new kitten. After much debate I made an appointment to have his shots and first checkup here. I must admit when I entered I was in a horrible mood, and was very skeptical of them, but after I got into the exam room with Dr Samsell everything went very smoothly. It is obvious they really CARE about the animals here. They take the time to calm them down, making sure they are comfortable. With each small step they wouldn't start until he was ready. They took the time to explain each shot and procedure. They even gave us a little "baby book" to fill out for his immunizations and veterinary visits, etc. VERY NICE. Needless to say, I honestly entered with a frown and left with a BIG SMILE! What vet can do that for you?
