My sister and I have gone to this veterinary hospital three times now. The first was for her bearded dragon, who had contracted a parasite. They quickly helped her and reassured my sister. The second time my sister found an abandoned kitten who had managed to get a upper respiratory infection. They helped her with costs and helped her get set up to care for it. To our heart ache about four or five days later the kitten declined and we had to let them euthanize her. Even though we had only had her a few days we were crushed. The level of care and kindness they showed was amazing. They did what they could to comfort us, and for that I am very grateful. I know that if another emergency arises I will feel good about returning to them for care.

My cat was very sick and, even after seeing my regular vet, was getting worse. I took him into the Clinic on a Saturday to see if they could do something more for him. The cost for all the tests and treatments they wanted to do was far too much for me. Even after they took out all services that they felt were not essential, it was too much for me to afford. It looked like my options were euthenasia or wait it out until he dies or gets better, but the odds were not good. The DVM saw my situation and gave me a third option, which involved outpatient treatment on my part. The treatment was not as likely to be effective as the inpatient options, would take longer, and was intensive and involved constant attention on my part, but it was a better option than doing nothing. And it was much more affordable than inpatient treatment. I'm happy to say that after a couple weeks of treatment my cat made a full recovery, and I owe his life to the willingness of the DVM to be flexible and work with my situation.
