They were fantastic with our 20 year old dog, Dolly, who had a severe ear infection. They were able to get her in for an appointment within 2 hours due to the urgency and no one else, not even her regular vet, would see her because they were too booked. Our old vet actually recommended we bring her here! We hadn't been there before so her first visit was free. The price for the medication was reasonable and the care was outstanding. We were not asked to purchase anything additional or have any testing that wasn't necessary. If anything, they down sold us by telling us that they could cultue her ear and send it out to see what antibiotic would work best but they didn't think that was necessary at this time. So I was impressed. Her next appointment for her follow-up is at no charge, either. We will be using them from now on. And our Dolly is recovering nicely and going strong! About to turn 21 years old! I had a great experience working with these folks. They all care very much for the animals and the people as well. I had an older Rottweiler, who could be a little vocal, and the staff and vets treated him and me so well!! I thought the prices were very reasonable and the care was above average. I went through two other vets in the area before finding a vet who was not afraid of my dog. I would highly recommend them and would take any other dog I get to them.

They were polite and considerate but, as others have stated, tried to sell us on many unnecessary tests and we felt that even the necessary services were overpriced. We only went to them for convenience because we live nearby but we will not be returning due to the excessive cost of care.

They're alright. I went here because my friend recommended them, but I wasn't impressed. They gave my cat an expensive, non-urgent shot without asking, and that kind of disrespect and oversight made me switch to another vet after about 5 visits here.

The staff was nice and caring. They did give my cat a shot that she didn't need, and when I saw that charged they took it off. The prices were reasonable. They also gave follow up phone calls to make sure that none of my pets were having any reactions to the shots they received. And then they sent me a card a few months later with a coupon and appreciation for business
