We had to put our family pet down, the folks at the clinic were so good to us. We were never rushed or made to feel unwelcome. They let us take our time in saying goodbye to our family member. I hope that no one has to go through the heart ache of losing a loved one, but if you're in that situation I highly recommend these folks.

I have taken my dog to West Eugene Animal Hospital for a number of years and have appreciated the caring staff. In the past 18 months the sons of the owner, Bill Young, have taken control of the business and their actions have harmed the clinic and it's atmosphere of caring. Recently I learned that they had terminated their office manager, a 41 year employee, without warning or severance of any kind. The sons have harmed this business! With many quality animal clinics in this area I will not return to West Eugene Animal Hospital because of the uncaring manner in which they terminated a long term employee. Shame on them!
